Installation
While a number of jumpers are present on the SL-85DR2, they shouldn't cause users any headaches, as long as they are left in their default positions; even though this isn't a Jumperless board, it is quite easy to install. Simply refer to the user's manual before installation in order to insure that each jumper has the correct setting.
Software bundle
As always, Soltek has been very generous with the software bundle. The installation CD includes the v.4.00.1009 chipset drivers, drivers for the sound-card, a hardware monitoring utility, Adobe Acrobat, and a digital rendition of the user's manual. A second CD includes PC-cillin 2002, Virtual Drive 6, Drive Image 4.0, and Partition Magic 6.0 SE. A manual accompanies each of these applications.
Hardware bundle
The Soltek SL-85DR2 comes with: one 80-pin ATA100 cable, one floppy-drive cable, and one back-plate with a pair of USB ports.
