The Features (continued)

Other features included with PA61 motherboard, include: Wake on LAN, Wake on Modem, Power on from the mouse/keyboard/alarm, USB connectors, Power Failure Recovery, PS/2 connectors, IRDA connectors, an SB-Link, and hardware monitoring of fan speeds, CPU temperature, and system voltages. An additional thermal sensor is also included with the package, and can be used to monitor the temperature of another element. This motherboard is meeting the PC99 color codes standards.

Installation

More than ever, the installation procedure of this motherboard is as easy and simple as a kid game. As a fact, if you're going to use a PII processor, all you will have to do will be to install the board in the computer casing, plug all your hardware and peripherals, Power on the board and jump into the BIOS at boot-up to complete the settings.

The Software bundle

The only stuff that comes on the installation CD of this motherboard is: the 4-in-1 VIA drivers pack, the CD version of the users manual and the Hardware Doctor hardware monitoring utility.
