Additional features
Additional features of the Fic FA11 motherboard include: Wake on LAN, Wake on Modem Ring, PS2 connectors, 2 USB ports located on the rear panel, 2 additional USB ports available as an option, Power Faliure Recovery, RX/TX connectors for infrared communication, and start-up from the keyboard/mouse, or at a pre-set time. Hardware monitoring of fan speeds, CPU temperature, and of voltages is also provided as a standard feature on this PC99-compliant motherboard.

Installation
Installation of Fic's FA11 is pretty straightforward. Simply make certain that the jumpers are set properly, then install it in a casing, and plug it in. Presto!
The software bundle
The installation CD contains: the VIA 4-in-1 drivers v4.23, a utility for monitoring the hardware, a digital version of the user's manual, and Adobe Acrobat Reader. A second, bonue CD is also included, and contains: Logo Genie - which allows users to create their own start-up screen, First-Aid - for monitoring the hardware, MediaRing Talk99 - for placing telephone calls via the internet, Clockometer - an Overclocking utility which permits users to Overclock their system without jumping into the BIOS, Norton Ghost, Norton Antivirus, and Virtual Drive.

The FA11 is also accompanied by a few bits of hardware, including: an 80-pin ATA66 cable, a 40-pin ATA33 cable, and a floppy-drive cable.
