Additional features of the AOpen AK77-333 motherboard include: Wake on LAN, Wake on Modem Ring, PS2 connectors for connecting mice & keyboards, 2 USB 1.1 ports, four USB 2.0 ports, Suspend to RAM, Suspend to Disk, RX/TX connectors for infrared, a Dr. LED diagnostic panel (optional), Watch Dog Timer, Die-Hard BIOS (optional), a SPDIF interface, and start-up from the mouse, keyboard, or at a pre-set time. Hardware monitoring of fan speed, CPU temperature, and of voltages is also included as a standard feature of this PC99-compliant motherboard.
Last, but not least, the AOpen AK77-333 also includes an integrated six-channel Realtelk ALC650 5.1 sound-card, which is compatible with the AC'97 2.2 standards.

Installation
Installation of the AOpen AK77-333 is pretty simple. Simply insure that jumper JP21 is set match the board's FSB setting with that of the CPU, and you're set: simply slap it in a case, plug-in, boot-up, and drop into the BIOS to make any adjustments.
Software bundle
The installation CD includes the VIA 4.37v patch, drivers for the sound-card, drivers for the USB 2.0 controller, drivers for the sound card, Adobe Acrobat Reader, a digital rendition of the user's manual, a Windows-compatible hardware monitoring program, and Norton Antivirus.
Hardware bundle
The AOpen AK77-333 comes with: one 80-pin ATA100 cable, one 40-pin ATA33 cable, a floppy-drive cable, and a support panel used to mount two USB ports on the back of the system.
